Sseruwaji Abdul Hakim, widely known as Roma De Vocal Bwoy, was born on September 16, 2007, and was raised by his mother in the urban areas of Kawempe Kazo while pursuing his academic endeavors.

A passionate music enthusiast, Roma De Vocal Bwoy showcased his musical talents during his school years, where he earned recognition as one of the top entertainers. His educational journey continued at Bombo Common and Emmanuel College, where he pursued higher education while maintaining his dedication to entertaining others.

In 2022, Roma De Vocal Bwoy took a hiatus from the music industry, and it wasn't until recently that he made a comeback with his debut single, "Binyinze." Specializing in RNB, Rap, Afro Pop, and songwriting, Roma De Vocal Bwoy has been making waves in the music scene since his return.
