Katongole Paul aka Winner is a Ugandan upcoming artist with a unique music voice and style. The artist has a new song called “Bwerere” which is already making rounds on different social media networks and the internet. Bwerere itself as a song, is a love story song highlighting how Winner’s interest and efforts to express his love for the girl presumably supposed to be his love may have been wasted by her not reciprocating it.
