Didier Drogba is in talks with Eddy Kenzo about going to his festival.

A source said that Kenzo and Drogba follow each other on Instagram and have been talking to each other through the photo and video-sharing service. Drogba, who used to play football professionally, was recently in Rwanda for Kwita Izina, an annual ceremony where gorillas are given names.

The tiny East African country usually invites famous people from all over the world, and Drogba was one of them this year. Ugandan socialite Judith Heard, who is currently Miss Environment International Africa, was also there. She shared pictures with Drogba and told him about her campaign to plant trees all over Africa. The Eddy Kenzo Festival will be held at Kololo Airstrip in Kampala on November 12.

The singer of the song "Sango" has been holding shows upcountry called "The Road to Eddy Kenzo Festival" to get his fans ready for the festival. He has been to Mbarara, Bundibugyo, and Soroti, among other places. Since Covid-19 was locked down, this is the first time that Kenzo has held his annual festival.

Cameroonian singer, songwriter, and producer Kiflex, who lives in the US, has already agreed to perform at the party. Kiflex worked with Kenzo on a song called "Estele" in 2019. He is known for songs like "Hello," "Love 4 Heart," "Coco," "Maria," "Shwitty," "For My Sake," and "No Dey Worry."

Matt B, an American singer who worked with Kenzo on the song "Gimme Love," will also sing at the festival.Matt B, who is 32 years old, is also a songwriter and record producer. His music is mostly R&B and Hip Hop. His album, Eden, debuted in the top 40 of the R&B albums chart on Billboard. Tokyo Girl, This Must Be Love, My Dreams, Play You Forever, Go, High Life, Beautiful Life, and Crying for Love are some of his most well-known songs.
