Introducing the children who facilitated the visit of the contentious American rapper 6ix9ine to Kampala.

During his trip to Kampala, American rapper Daniel Hernandez, also known as 6ix9ine, thrilled the Hypers Kids Africa group by giving them $100 notes, which amounts to approximately Shs373,000 each. The rapper shared a video on Instagram showing him giving money to 27 children, but since the video was edited, he could have given money to more children. Despite reports of his debt, 6ix9ine doesn't shy away from flaunting his wealth and giving it away. In 2022, he gave a Mexican family $50,000 in cash. Despite testifying against former gang members in 2019 and being expected to maintain a low profile, the 26-year-old maintains a flashy lifestyle and often posts photos of himself with cash, Hermes Birkin bags, expensive cars, strippers, and private jets on his social media accounts. On Wednesday evening, the rapper flew to Kampala to shoot a video for his song titled Wapae with Hypers Kids Africa, a group of talented young children skilled in dancing, acrobatics, music, and football. He hired the children to appear in the video, which was shot in the Kampala suburb of Makindye. The amount 6ix9ine paid the children is not disclosed, but Eddie, an individual who works with Hypers Kids Africa, confirmed that they will be paid for their services.
