Ssemujju Nganda discloses the State House salaries of Bucha Man, Full Figure, and Kusasira.

Nganda, who serves as the Member of Parliament for Kira Municipality, has disclosed that their official designations are "special presidential assistants." In a video circulating on social media, the legislator revealed that each of them receives a monthly salary of Shs2.3 million.

Bucha Man, whose real name is Mark Bugembe, was appointed as President Museveni's advisor on Ghetto affairs in 2019. He gained widespread recognition in 2005 after releasing a song titled "Lwaki Temumatira?" which translates to "Why don't you like me?" The song topped local charts in 2005, propelling Bucha Man to stardom. His appointment was strategic, as the president sought someone to counter Bobi Wine (real name Robert Kyagulanyi), who was competing against him in the 2021 presidential elections.

Bobi Wine, a prominent figure in the ghetto, announced his candidacy for parliament in April 2017 in a by-election for Kyadondo County East constituency. He ran against two seasoned candidates: Sitenda Sebalu of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) party and Apollo Kantinti of the main opposition party Forum for Democratic Change (FDC). Bobi Wine's victory in the election was overwhelming.

Catherine Kusasira also assumed the role of presidential advisor on Kampala Affairs in 2019. As a founding member of Golden Band Production, Kusasira is highly regarded as one of the accomplished singers of her generation. 

The offspring of Wilberforce and Deborah Luwandagga enrolled in Dynamic S.S. and St. Balikuddembe S.S. Mitala Maria for her secondary education. Presently, she is enrolled at Nkumba University, where she is actively pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Diplomacy.
